At Engravio, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully crafted and inspected to meet the highest standards. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all products purchased directly from Engravio.org or our official channels.

What the Warranty Covers

Your Engravio jewelry is protected against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, issues with clasps, chains, or settings under normal use, and fading, tarnishing, or peeling of plating within the warranty period. If your item has a defect covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear such as scratches, minor dents, or stretching of chains. It also does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage, improper care, misuse, modifications, water or chemical damage, or perfume damage. Personalized engravings and custom pieces with spelling errors provided by the customer are also excluded.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact our support team at engraviojewelry@gmail.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required. Engravio reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty. Warranty replacements do not reset or extend the original 2-year coverage period.
